How to determine if a student's application is in suspense

Checking if a student's application fell into suspense

Business Process: Applications 

Module: Admissions 


Prerequisite:

  1. Student must be discontinued.
  2. Student must have applied through CCC Apply and have application confirmation number and date & time application was submitted.

Navigate to Campus Solutions > Campus Community >Constituent Transaction Management > Constituent Staging

2. Enter student's first name and last name into the search criteria

If the student's name appears after the search, check the "Constituent Details" tab to verify student's birthday and other information.

Note

If student is in suspense, email the district suspense team at application@sdccd.edu with the Student's name, DOB, application confirmation number, and the date & time the application was submitted. 

If student is not in suspense, have student reapply.
