Description

This guide provides the directions to find your User ID and the conversion to the 10 Digit User ID.

Instructions

During the transition to mySDCCD, all 7-digit CSIDs will be converted to a 10-digit User ID.  To keep things simple, we just added three leading zeroes to the beginning of your CSID to make it 10-digits.

StepAction
1.

Effective May 20, 2019, if you have an active email account on file, you will receive an email from SDCCD inviting you to create your mySDCCD account to gain access to the system.  In the email, you will see your User ID on the email itself.

2.

If you lost the email, or do not have access to the Student Portal, you will need to take a valid Government issued picture ID to any Continuing Education Admin Office to obtain a copy of your Attendance Card.

3.

To convert your 7 digit CSID to your 10 -digit mySDCCD User ID, just add three leading zeroes to the beginning of your CSID.

Examples:

CSID 1234567 → User ID: 0001234567

CSID 0912345 → User ID: 0000912345

IMPORTANT: If you are currently, or recently have been a student employee (work-study, Student Ambassador, student worker, etc.) your Student ID (CSID) and Employee ID have been merged.  If you do not know your Employee ID, please contact Human Resources.
