Adjust Class Associations

Instructions

This job aids provides directions on how to set the Min/Max Units to zero every time a class is scheduled or newly created.

Click on  then

Navigate to Curriculum Management -> Schedule of Classes -> Adjust Class Associations

1.

Maintain Schedule of Classes:

  1. Academic Institution defaults to SDCCD (if you click the Clear button, you must retype SDCCD)
  2. Term-Type in term (i.e. 2187) or click the magnifying icon to search for the term.
  3. Subject Area- Type in subject area to be moved ( i.e. OFSY)
  4. Catalog Nbr-Type in Catalog Number (i.e. 555)
  5. Click on the Search Tab

Under the Class Associations tab:

a) Click on the View All link if available. In this example there are 3 sections.

Note:  The View All link will only be highlighted IF there is more than one class section.  If you don’t see it highlighted then it means only one class section has been created.

3.Both Minimum Units and Maximum Units have to be set to zero for any class section that may have a different value.
