Viewing your Class Waitlist

Summary

This job aid will guide you in the steps required to view your class waitlist through your CE Faculty Dashboard in Campus Solutions.

Prerequisites

Faculty must have an active classroom assignment in a current or future term.

Instructions

  1. Log into http://my.sdccd.edu and click on CE Faculty Dashboard, navigate to the left side under “CE Faculty Dashboard”.

  1. In the Continuing Education Faculty Schedule pagelet, locate the “Class Number” for which you want to view the waitlist.

  1. Click on the “Class Number” and select “Class Roster” from the menu of options.

  1. You will be directed to the Class Roster for the class number selected.

    The Enrollment Status will default to “Enrolled”.

  1. Change the Enrollment Status to “Waiting”.

  1. Waitlisted students will be displayed, along with their Waitlist Position number.
