Introduction Info
A program specific To Do List is assigned to each student to help them become Enroll Ready. Most times a To Do List will be assigned by the system after the student applies to SDCCE. Sometimes staff may need intervene and manually assign and/or complete a To Do List for a student.Â

1 | Navigate to Campus Community > Checklists > Person Checklists > Checklist Management – Person. |
2 | On the Checklist Management – Person Search Page, on the Find an Existing Value tab, enter the 10-digit ID number for the student. Click the Search button. |
3 | You will be directed to the Checklist Management 1 tab. To complete the entire To Do List, select Completed from the Status field drop down menu.  IMPORTANT Ensure ALL checklist items on Checklist Management 2 tab are complete before completing the To Do List on Checklist Management 1 tab. Note: If you are unsure of the Checklist Code, review the Onboarding Handout. Click the Save button. |
4 | To complete an individual To Do item, click on the Checklist Management 2 tab. Note: If you are unsure of the Checklist Code, review the Onboarding Handout. Click the Save button. |
