1	Login to Campus Solutions and visit the Student Services Center (this is also viewable in the Counselor Center and most general pages) Campus Solutions → Campus Community → Student Services Center Once on the page, enter in the student's ID.
2	Click on Search, at the top you will see a red star which indicates the student has a "positive service indicator" click on the red star:
3	You will see a list of all positive service indicators. You will need to look for one of two possible service indicators: S33 - Student has provided proof of COVID-19 vaccination S66 - Student has an approved exemption request for the COVID-19 vaccination.
