District Process
Evaluate and analyze proposals. Present the taskforce report to the District Governance Council
Proposals should include the following:
Executive Summary including workforce need for the program
College Background, Associate Degree Enrollment, and Predicted Enrollment for Baccalaureate Degree
Non-Duplication of CSU and UC Baccalaureate Degree Programs
Proposed Curriculum: lower division entry curriculum, upper division curriculum, upper division general education, summary of unit requirements, new course descriptions, lower and upper division course sequence
Fiscal Analysis and Funding Plan: program revenue (tuition revenue); program expenditures (faculty expense, faculty fringe, non-classroom director if applicable, staff expense, staff fringe, association dues, equipment, materials, supplies, library, programs, travel, professional development, tutoring, counseling, outreach, financial aid); indirect expenditures (college overhead rate); total expenses; and net revenue
